Marx-Zentrum

The Marx-Zentrum on Peschelanger comprises around 440 apartments and is still providing services to the community, including a medical centre and an educational centre. As an architectural ensemble, the residential complex can also be recognized from afar by its black facade panels and yellow stair towers, balconies and balustrade elements. Most of the apartments are grouped in 8 to 13-storey buildings around a large, car-free central island containing local shops.
