Munich Action Park, or MAP for short, opened in December 2025.
The new bouldering walls – here, you climb without ropes or bolts.
Calisthenics involves training using your own body weight as natural resistance.
The former Ice Sports Centre on Willi-Daume-Platz, comprising a training hall and a stadium, is being converted into one of Germany’s largest indoor leisure sports centres. Under the name ‘Munich Action Park’, a wide range of sports will be offered in future. The hall already offers 2,000 square metres of space to discover sports such as bouldering, parkour, Ninja Warrior and calisthenics.
The former ice rink is currently being converted and is expected to open in early 2027. A further 2,000 square metres will feature action areas for skateboarding and mountain biking, as well as basketball, street dance and roller disco.
