Sternenhaus at the Nockherberg
Adjacent to the new residential development at Regerstraße 30, the Sternenhaus am Nockherberg has been built on the former Paulaner site. It represents a unique project in Germany: under the guiding principle of “More space for young people in mourning”, the Nicolaidis YoungWings Foundation has created a centre specifically for children and young people to provide them with individual and holistic support and protection as they grieve. The Sternenhaus is a place for exchange, counselling, hope, life and moving forward.
The foundation’s new headquarters is characterised by an architectural highlight: the “Sternengarten” on the top floor of the five-storey building. A range of activities can take place in a weather-protected area of 190 square metres and an additional landscaped outdoor area of 88 square metres.
